This is the third release of our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon. Our first wine release was this single vineyard Cab and our efforts were rewarded by a 90 point score by Wine Enthusiast for that 2020 and 2021 Vintages. The fruit for this Cabernet is once again sourced entirely from the immaculately farmed Stagg Canyon Ranch Vineyard nestled in the warm micro-climate of the Santa Ynez Valley. They produce Cabernet, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Using a combination of neutral and new French oak, this incredible limited edition wine has notes of black pepper, dark cherry, fresh mint and cocao with firm tannins with balanced acidity.
